SHANGHAI NOON

Starring: Owen Wilson, Jackie Chan & Lucy Liu

This movie was pretty funny. Not a classic comedy, but definitely worth watching. The interplay between Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan is hilarious at times. This is a basic fish out of water story, featuring Jackie Chan in the wild west. He must rescue the princess, Lucy Liu, from the bad guys. The story is not really that important, it is the exploits of Wilson and Chan that make this movie.

The DVD for this is very good, it features a commentary with the director, Owen Wilson & Jackie Chan. Chan is not actually in the room with Wilson and the director, so his commentary is awkward at times, but still imformative. There are also some deleted scenes, outtakes, several featurettes of various quality, and a music video. All in all it is a very enjoyable DVD.
