The American Idol top 10

Even though I had been saying Kevin Covais didn't belong in this competition for several weeks now, I have to say I was a little surprised he was voted off last night. I guess his performance on Tuesday was too good for the joke votes and not good enough to win over fans.

I think it's good that Bucky and Lisa will have another chance, because just going on singing Kevin was not that good. I'm not going to celebrate too much though. Kevin is only 16 years old, and I can only imagine what it's going to be like going back to high school after both proclaiming himself to be a "sex symbol" and being compared to Chicken Little.

What's up with Fox always rolling credits over the cast off's last performance. Shouldn't they at least get to sing their entire song for a captivated audience? I mean it's a half hour show, that only needs to convey about 2 minutes of information. Can't they time it a little better?
