Showtime or ABC to pick up Arrested Development?

Variety, Hollywood Reporter and just about every other media news source has reported that Showtime and ABC are in talks to pick up Arrested Development.

Obviously there is nothing official yet. Fox has yet to let the show go. At least there is still some hope for it.
